I also will do a little blogging about things in my kitchen other than recipes. Like my weight loss journey. And other things that spring into my mind.
Speaking of my weight loss journey, I have been working through Weight Watchers since 19 April 2008. On that date I weighed in at 241.2 pounds! As of my weigh-in closest to this writing (25 July 2009), I weigh 159 pounds. That’s a loss of 82.2 pounds! Still working toward my goal of 150 pounds.
Some of the things I will probably talk about will include stuff I find that is relevant to losing weight and getting in shape. Look, I started Weight Watchers at age 54. I am now 56. As I run, and I am running now, I wonder why I didn’t do this earlier. It’s never too late; better late than never.
But what about “Do it now”?
